M-110P Microfluidizer

The Microfluidics M-110P Microfluidizer is a high-shear benchtop homogenizer designed for laboratory-scale processing of emulsions, suspensions, and cell disruptions. It operates at pressures up to 30,000psi, utilizing fixed-geometry Interaction Chamber technology and a ceramic (zirconia) plunger to achieve uniform submicron particle sizes in as few as one or two passes. The system includes an integrated cooling coil assembly to regulate product temperature, ensuring sample integrity during processing.
